More bargin hunting by forum member iprimus has uncovered that Toys R Us are having a 3 for 2 offer on ALL Transformers toys. This includes all size class figures and all the other related bits of merchandise. So if you’ve missed any Movie or Animated toys, be sure to get them now.

Transformers Cybertron: The Ultimate Collection DVD Final Boxart

TVShowsonDVD.com have received the final boxart for Transformers Cybertron: The Ultimate Collection, a 7 disc DVD set containing all 52 episodes of the series.

The art is the same as before, but without the “Ultimate Fan” text and a change in positioning for the Cybertron logo.

The boxset is due for release on 22nd July in North America from Paramount Home Entertainment. The episodes are presented in full frame with English audio. There are no plans for any extras to be included.

We hope to get some information from Paramount HE on any plans for an international release.

TVShowsonDVD.com have received the cover for Transformers: Cybertron The Ultimate Collection, a 7 disc DVD set that contains all 52 episodes of the series.

No extras have been announced, and there isn’t likely to be any. However, it’s still “the ultimate collection for the ultimate fan”.

BotCon Shattered Glass Starscream

Heroic Decepticon Starscream, part of the Shattered Glass set for BotCon 2008, has appeared on ebay. The item is a repaint of Cybertron voyager Starscream, with similar colours to G1 Jetfire.

Interview with Hasbro Designer Tim Bradley

TF@TM have interviewed Tim Bradley, who worked for Hasbro as a designer in 1998 and 2004 on Transformers, Star Wars and Jurassic Park to name a few. Included in his Transformers portfolio is work on Beast Wars, Beast Machines and Transformers Cybertron.

TF Cybertron cancelled in the UK

According to TFW2005, Transformers Cybertron has been cancelled by Toonami, but they are still showing Transformers Energon.

Thanks to FREEFALLL666 of the forums for pointing out that Transformers Cybertron is starting on Toonami on 5th September. As with Transformers Energon, we hope to have a TV guide for the show up very soon.

Update Here are details of the first episode airing times

5th September @ 5 30pm - Fallen
When Cybertron is threatened by a colossal black hole, Optimus Prime and the Autobots give the order to evacuate the planet. However, a mysterious stranger holds one last hope…

This episode is repeated at 8 30pm on the same day.

Cybertron Cartoon Voice Actors

Thanks to Proudwolf Prime of the Transfandom Forum, who has confirmed that the entire cast of Energon will be returning except Brent Miller who played Hot Shot in both Armada and Energon.

New UK Cybertron Releases

With all the Comic Con and movie news recently, you thought we forgot about you Cybertron collectors in the UK.

Transformers Cybertron Wing Saber and Sky Shadow have been released in the UK, thanks to the Hasbro UK online store. These make up wave 4 of the “Ultra” assortment.
