Its by Fun Publications whom run the Official Transformers Collectors Club. Random issues of the collected 4 page installments from the club mag show up in comic book shops from time to time. Once you get over the novelty of the bad guys being good and vice versa, there's not actually much to get excited about.

The Shattered Glass comics are a bit confusing, they seem to mix Shattered Glass characters up with the regular ones. I'm not a collectors club member, so I only get the comics they release on the shops and they make very little sense.
