Can't really see on my phone, but it looks a bit like a spawn interlink robot.

It's definitely not a Transformer, that's as much as I can tell you.

Checked the spawn robot thing and cant find it straight away anyway there is a gold eagle like symbol on its arms and chest

No there is no manufacture or trademarks anyway it does have a weird headbut motion and an electric button on back! i will soon remove the battery cover to see if theres any marks in there!
