No offense, but I sense a trukk not munky attitude here. I've watched just about every TF series other than Cybertron*, and Beast Wars is definitely one of the better ones around. It doesn't have the nostalgic feeling or recognizability of G1, but as far as story is concerned it's much better.

    * I watched Energon, got bored, and never really picked up the Unicron series anymore. Victory is the only other series I didn't finish; I started but when I started falling asleep each time I just quit that too.

Beast Wars is easily the best series out there, the story in it is amazing, it can be light and funny one minute and dark the next well worth a watch

to be honest, yes, beast wars has a better storey, but really, i dont give a flying f*ck about storey, as long at the voices and anime are good, im ok, so for me, TF: Prime is perfect, apart from miko, its just sumthing about her voice, one minute she sounds full on american, the next she sounds a bit japanese, its just inconsistant,

    Kinda superficial don't you think?

Without story, it's just pretty pictures. You might as well go stare at the box art and make 'pew pew' noises.

Agreed. There's plenty of other flashy, trashy cartoons out there if image is the be all and end all. personally, I'm not fond of children's television and cartoons that are actively dumb (which is why i can't stand the original Transformers cartoon). There's no need to treat children's telly - and by proxy children themselves- worse than regular TV. That's why the stuff that is either fondly remembered or transcends the genre is the stuff that's well written. mercifully, we're in an age now where most kids shows have a degree of smarts about them as a lot of programme makers have woken up to the fact that they need to compete with the story telling chops of a lot of video games.

Anyway! Episode 11, tunnel vision was a nice upswing in quality over the last few episodes and it was great to see knock out back in action. shame Vogel got treated like a moron for helping everyone out - it's sh*t like that that makes you enemies. i hope his train does turn out to be a robot.

Superhero? No, you were right all along. Name's Death's Head. I kill people for a living!
