My haul from over the weekend:

2 more Vehicons, Ratchet & Bumblebee (all Legion Class) plus DOTM now that the price has dropped. I rewatched this over the weekend and found it hard going. Takes a long time to move on, there's a ridiculous amount of expository dialogue ("here comes the science bit") with characters and situations wheeled in and out to move the plot (such as it is) along. Despite how good the robot bits are and the climax in Chicago it's hard not to agree with the critical mauling the film got. There's also not as much fun to the thing, and i still find all the mech 'blood' really distracting and gratuitous. That both the Blu Ray and DVD have been slung out disdainfully with no extras also seems to sum up how the studio already feel 'thanks for the billion dollars, we could care less about this now having already got your money. cheers, see ya.'. Bah.
