    Question Transformers Classics Volume 3

The Amazon description says "re-mastered and re-colored". Have they done this with other ones? Any idea of the results?

They've made the dot printing solid now. They actually look really good. Also, most of Nel Yomtov's colouring mistakes have been fixed.

I've been trying to complete my UK collection and need about 40 more issues but now these are out I might get them instead. I haven't had a chance to have a look at them yet and wondered if they reprint the UK comics exactly as they were or whether it's just choice bits.

IDWs UK reprints are...bizarre. They scanned them and shrunk them...but not to fit the normal US format. They have a huge margin around the reproduced pages for reasons best known to IDW. I don't understand why they scaled them down so much - its a massive waste of paper! The extra features by James Roberts in the UK Classics do look very good, but having bought the Titan reprints(incomplete though they are) a few years back feel no need whatsoever to go and buy the whole lot all over again.

Superhero? No, you were right all along. Name's Death's Head. I kill people for a living!
