The detail on the release:
It seems that the widescreen version is not after all going to be on this DVD, but let’s concentrate on what will be on here. The introductory footage comes from the BBC and their ‘I love 1984’ documentary. Some of this can be seen in our video clips section now.
There is also a music picture gallery featuring some new NRG tracks. This will light any Transfans darkest hour. The one track is called Aw Shit and is based on our favourite foul mouthed human Spike.
The only hold up on the release now is the wait for the 5:1 digital sound to arrive from the US, with a date of 19 November now looking realistic.
What may not look realistic though are plans for the season 1 box set for the 31st of December! There are still thoughts of an exclusive Transformer toy accompanying this box set… we’ll see.
You’ll notice that all of the artwork on the DVD comes from the Marvel comic/poster adaption of Transformers the Movie, as supplied by TheTransformers.Net
