Aintitcool.com are reporting that the theatrical trailer for Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen will be airing before the new Star Trek film next year. Star Trek will be opening on 8th May 2009, just a month before Revenge of the Fallen does.
Writer Robert Orci also mentioned that the teaser trailer will be arriving much sooner, sometime this year.

I really dont think that they would wait till two months before the movie is out to star showing the trailer thats just poor marketing even if the movie does sell itself.
