1. If you are planning to attend BotCon as a Primus or Protoform package attendee, you must have your registration form to us with a credit card or Money Order (no checks now as they would not clear before the event) by Friday noon September 16th. Otherwise, you will need to come to walk-up registration on Friday morning (or afterwards). We don’t guarantee dinner availability if you walk-up. Also, keep in mind that the only way to get the extra figure is to pick up your package in person (photo ID required) at BotCon.
2. Here is how the autographs are going to work at Botcon
If you are a Primus or Protoform package holder, there is no charge for autographs. You will be limited to 2 items per each time you get in line.
If you are a General Admission attendee, you have a choice of purchasing single autograph tickets for $10 each or a punch card for all six guest for $30. Children will not be charged for Colton Dearing’s autograph no matter if they are a package holder or General Admission. He will only be there on Saturday.
3. We are planning to have a special place at the hotel’s happy hour (on Thursday night) for you to meet up with your online chat group you use the most. So if you want a sign for your group, please have ONE representative (the moderator) from that board email me the url for your favorite chat board and we will desiginate an area for your group. transformersclub.com4. Don’t forget about the room to room trading. You are welcome to do this anytime the sales room is closed. Please use the designated bulletin board to post what room people need to come to and when you will be there.
