Four months after their release of Transformers: Headmasters on DVD, Madman Entertainment have today released the second Japanese exclusive Generation One series, Transformers: Super-God Masterforce, on DVD.

This Australian release includes all 42 episodes with the original Japanese audio and English subtitles (borrowed from Metrodome’s version) but, unlike Metrodome’s, also the StarTV English dub.

For special features, there is an introductory booklet with an episode guide, an exclusive cover by IDW Transformers artist Guido Guidi, a toy, character art and making the cover galleries and some Japanese toy ads and scans from toy catalogues.

The discs are PAL encoded but also, according to Madman’s listing, REGION FREE.
