Transformertoys.co.uk recently emailed Hasbro UK about future Alternator releases and received this reply

So, it does not look like we will be getting Sideswipe, Tracks or Dead End. This is also confirmed by the UK release of Silverstreak not having a number in the corner of the box, probably to hide the fact we are not getting number 2. Good news is that we may get Hound and Meister by the end of the year.
