Transformers 2 Almost Certainly Delayed

Written by Big Bot on November 3, 2007 | News,Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen |

With the impending writers strike, Hollywood is facing up to the fact that many films will have to be delayed. Unfortunately, Transformers 2 will also be affected, and will probably not make its 26th June 2009 release. Variety writes:

Not on the pre-strike list is “Transformers 2,” a sequel that is still being written. Labor talks will determine whether the visual effects-heavy film makes its projected June 26, 2009, release date.

Expect Paramount and Dreamworks to make an official announcement on the sequel in the next few months.
