Recently, a lot of details have been leaked about Microsoft’s future Xbox 360 plans, including many titles from Activision. Inbetween all the Forza 3, Tony Hawk, Spider-Man and Call of Duty news, there was some on the next Transformers game from Acitivision, Transformers 2: The Ultimate Battle.
The game will let you play as both Autobots or Decepticons, with destructible environments, new transformations and will online play, probably only on certain consoles. No news on a release date, but expect full details to be given at E3 next month.
The game is due lanuch on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii, PC, PlayStation 2, PlayStation Portable and again with two versions for the Nintendo DS.
Its weird they would use “… evil Starscream or heroic Optimus Prime… ” instead of ” … evil MEGATRON or heroic Optimus Prime…” , could it be that Megatron won’t be the Decepticons leader this time? “Reign ofr Starscream” comes to mind… or is Megatron confirmed for the sequel?

Nothing has been confirmed so far. Hasbro said “expect a key character from the first movie to make a dramatic comeback”, which could mean Starscream or Megatron, and the subtitle “Return of the Fallen” could mean many things.
