TF@TM are reporting that they have confirmed that Transformers Animated will not be airing on Cartoon Network in the UK. They state that the broadcast rights holder to the series is currently unknown.
All we know so far is that UK company, Entertainment Rights, have the rights to the series but at this time haven’t announced who will be broadcasting them.
For the past 3 series, Entertainment Rights chose Sky One for Transformers Armada, and Toonami and CITV for Transformers Energon and Cybertron.
