The Official Transformers Collector’s Club have put up the registration forms for BotCon 2008, which will be in Cincinnati Ohio from 24th – 27th April 2008 at the Duke Energy Center.

Don’t expect many (or any) of us from TheTransformers.net to be there as travelling to the USA from the UK costs a bundle. We will of course be bringing you all the news from the event.

With BotCon 2008 only 3 months away, the information about the event is slowly filtering out. A brochure for the event has been uploaded to the BotCon website, with lots of information on what will be going on and how much you can be expected to spend. There is, unfortunately, no registration form or details on when it will be available.

BotCon 2008 takes place from 24th-27th April in Cincinnati, OH, at the Duke Energy Center.

More convention news, this time from across the pond with BotCon 2008. Coming this spring, Fun Publications have updated the BotCon website with a QuickTime teaser trailer.

The line “everything you thought you knew will be shattered” appears with the Autobot and Decepticon symbols shattering together. Nothing more is known at this time but stay tuned.

Details have been released about BotCon 2008. The official Transformers convention is being hinted at being in the Spring, or more specifically, the end of April or early May. More news should be confirmed soon.

BotCon 2007 is tomorrow and many of the USA based sites will be there (and a few from the international community). Unfortunately we won’t be there but will be providing complete coverage by gathering info from around the web, be it from IDW’s comic panel, the Movie screening, Activision game news or just who won the BotCon awards, we’ll find it.

BotCon, the official Transformers convention, has been given a new logo for 2007. Nothing major here, just thought you should know.

We have a few NEW details about BotCon 2007!
The hotel for BotCon is the Westin Providence Hotel in
Providence, Rhode Island. The show dates are June 28 – July 1.
BotCon is not in the hotel computer system, but will be
soon. DON’T CALL YET! There will be a discount code
which we will pass along as soon as we get it from the hotel.
You can then make room reservations by calling (401) 598-8000.
