Comics Continuum has posted the IDW solicitations for April. There is no less than 8 Transformers titles, ranging from reprints from the 80s to the third Movie Prequel comic.
Transformers Cybertron Balancing Act collects all the Transformers Club comics together. Good news for the majority of the international fandom who felt the Transformers Club membership was not value for money

What better way to start 2007 than the first look at a couple of uncoloured pages from Transformers Spotlight Soundwave. IDW Editor Chris Ryall has post the images on the IDW Forums to (almost) bring his Q & A thread to an end. Both pages were done by Marcelo Matere.

Toysrus.co.uk have updated their site with the 3 latest G1 reissues to hit the UK. They are Red Alert, Skywarp and Tracks, which all first appeared in September. Each cost £14.99.
Tomorrow sees the release of Transformers Generations #9 in three different covers from IDW. There is a five page preview on IDW’s site.
The original Transformers series has been licensed out by TV Loonland in two new deals. It will be coming to Spain with Selecta having signed a deal to distribute the series on DVD. It will also be coming to Canada on TV in an agreement signed with YTV.

The Allspark had the chance to interview Transformers legend Frank Welker, the voice of G1 Megatron, Galvatron, Frenzy and many others from all manners of animation. In the intervew, he discusses his life a s a voice actor and the possibility of being in the Transformers Movie.

Metrodome are releasing Transformers The Complete Generation One Collection for the 4th September (aka tomorrow), priced at £99.99 RRP in the UK. The set can be found for £70-75 at many online stores. It will contain all 98 episodes and Transformers The Movie Reconstructed on 14 disks.
It will also have all the same extras as the 4 seasons and Reconstructed DVD sets that Metrodome have released, except the 2 part comic, The Beast Within Parts 1 and 2, that came with the “Season 2 Part 2” and “Season 3 & 4” sets. It does however come with a free double sided Movie poster.
