Argos Catalogue Out Today

The new Argos Catalogue is out today, and with it, (hopefully) more Transformers toy releases. A scan has appeared on TFW2005 which shows some interesting images. Optimus Prime is pictured for the Titanium series, Jetfire for the Classics Voyager class, and wave 1 of the Classic Legends value Pack.

AcToys member Simpson has provided the first photos of packaged Decepticon Power Up VT6 and Autobots Longview, Spy Shot 6 and Speed Dial 800. These items are labelled as “Real Gear Robots” in the new Transformers Movie packaging.

The Classics Optimus Prime Vs Megatron 2 pack is now available at Argos according to online reports. The catalogue number is 369 8938 and retails for £19.99. The product also comes with the same DVD that came with the North American version.

The set, as well as all other Argos sightings, are due for official release on 20th January, when the new catalogue is launched.

6″ Titanium in Argos

Sven, one of the organisers for Auto Assembly, has posted news that he has bought Titanium Rodimus Prime and Soundwave at the Birmingham Argos Extra for £11.24 each. Both are wave 4 six inch Titanium figures and came out in the USA last month.

In the new, soon to be released catalogue, they are listed under the title Transformers Cybertron Heroes and are number 369/5319.

TFW2005 member Fort Max has purchased Alternator Ravage (the new Jaguar XK one) from his local Camden Town Argos store. This has been released in the UK before the USA.

It also confirms news mentioned last month that he would be shipping with the new Argos catalogue.

This is the first new UK release of 2007.
