Still Reissues left in Toys R Us Cardiff
I’ve just come back from Toys R Us in Cardiff, where I bought a G1 prime for my 3 year old son for Christmas (gotta start ’em young) and they had loads of Optimus Prime, Starscream, Jazz, Powermaster Prime and Hot Rod left. I didn’t see any Ultra Magnus though. They also had Armada Unicron of course, £59.99 and worth every penny (well, he would be if he weren’t half the price in America).
Powermaster Prime and Jazz in Toys R Us UK?
We just received this email from Chris Tring.
£39.99 and G1 Jazz £19.99.

UK Figure Update
Since my account does in fact work (Thanks Starscream!),
I’ll stick this on the main page. I popped into my local Toys R Us the other
day and they have new Armada in! They’ve got Armada Scavenger, Blurr and SuperCon
Optimus Prime. They also have the RiD jets (Dreadwind and Smokejumper). On another
note, I e-mailed Hasbro earlier and they say that Super Base Prime and the Powermaster
Prime reissue should hit these shores any day now! Must…get… PM Prime.
Mine is the spark that keeps on sparking…
Next FanArt competition
Here’s just a little advance warning on our next FanArt competition. Together with Bestbuytoy we’ll be giving away an Armada Unicron, and the subject of the FanArt will of course be Unicron himself. So get drawing, it’s a great prize and the comp will be official shortly.
Shockwave Bust images
Tony Thrustle has sent us these images of Hard Hero’s next bust in the series,
Shockwave. Shockers will be out after Wheeljack later this year. Also news has
emerged that busts of Jazz, Ultra Magnus, Lazerbeak, Buzzsaw, Rumble and Frenzy
are in the pipe line.

Lee Sullivan in talks with Metrodome
Transformers comic artist Lee Sullivan is currently speaking to Metrodome about supplying artwork for their Season 2 DVD release. This could hopefully lead to a really great piece of artwork on the cover. We cross our fingers and pray for it in the forums.
Meanwhile it does look as though we’ll be getting two volumes for Season 2 as opposed to one big boxset as the financiers fainted at the cost. Still, it was worth a shot.
