MORE THAN MEETS THE EYE Instantly change from a larger than life robot to a high-powered vehicle such as a sports car, fighter jet or helicopter. Seamless transformations leave enemies in the dust or enhance players combat strategy with a range of options in both vehicle and robot modes that take full advantage of the characters dual forms.
The World Is Your Playground Players crush, topple and wreck every object, including buildings and vehicles, in their path or use the objects as weapons. It is up to the gamer to decide how best to use their surrounding environment.
Freedom of Choice An unprecedented line-up lets gamers experience the massive scale, unique abilities and sheer strength of an army of characters from the TRANSFORMERS universe when they choose to play as OPTIMUS PRIME, MEGATRON, IRONHIDE, STARSCREAM, BUMBLEBEE and more.
Variety of Combat For head-to-head battles, fans engage in melee combat that reflects each TRANSFORMERS robots character, scale, weight and power along with melee weapons and special moves unique to each character. The games ranged combat offers a wide array of projective weapons designed to take out enemies from afar.

Paramount Pictures UK have had a new trailer for the Transformers Movie rated by the BBFC, to be shown in UK cinemas. The trailer is 40 seconds long and is simply known as “Transformers Film Trailer”. It isn’t clear if this is the Destiny or Hidden trailers with 10 seconds extra footage or a completely new compilation of footage.
If anyone manages to see it when viewing Spider-man 3 or any other film, gives us a shout of what you saw.
DonMurphy.net member Sermon recently asked Transformers Movie writer Bob Orci if any decision had been taken regarding Optimus Prime’s much hated mouth.
Bob’s reply was simple – the production team are still undecided, so make some noise on as many sites as possible.
Needing no further prompting, The Transformers.net is officially joining the campaign to keep Prime’s faceplate up… but we need more than lip service, we need voices (all puns intended!)
Make some noise! View the thread!

AICN have received a mock-up of the international Transformers Movie poster, which, for this example, shows the Japanese title and release date. The poster isn’t finalised but will probably look similar in style. It hasn’t been confirmed whether this poster will be used as the basis for all international territories otr just in Japan.
As was announced earlier this year at the British ToyFair, Scalextric are bringing a Transformers Movie themed Scalextric set to the UK in June.
TF@TM were able to get an interview with Paul Chandler of Scalextric, and have lots more info about the product. The set is all most finished and will be out in June.
Transformers At The Moon I understand that the cars will be based on Bumblebee and Barricade, is this correct?
Paul Yes, that that is correct, from what I understand they are the two main characters in the film.
The full interview can be found here.
A link provided by Sectorseven.org reveals what could possibly be the voice of Starscream in the Transformers Movie.
Rumours are flying as of yet, but here’s the link.
Nelson, admin of Michael Bay’s website, has provided an update from Michael on how the Movie is progressing and some comments on recent events.
“Nelson here,I spoke to Mike today…
>> He’s been super busy editing the movie and in the process shooting the ads that will accompany the release of Transformers. He’s doing ads that involve GM and Pepsi.
>> The unreleased ad (Prime speaks) that was posted on youtube was a test that European were making with the ads. The clip where OP was “speaking,” lets just say that it wasn’t OP or Cullen speaking. It was something the European studios added on their own. In fact, it was a test shot.
>> As reported by Slate, Spielberg and Bay are not at odds. Where do they come up with this?
>> As reported by naysayers and haters, Bay never said “the cartoons were amateur and our movie is spectacular” in Empire magazine. He was referring to the animation and complexity of the transformation of the cartoon robots themselves and not the cartoons as a whole.”
We’ve just heard from our contact at Activision that Transformers The Game will NOT feature a split screen multiplayer feature, so you cannot play against your mates/family members on the one console.
Sorry Tony, looks like you’ll be giving this one a miss!
We’ve just received 3 new Xbox 360 screenshots for Transformers The Game.
