Well folks, it’s been over 4 years and we’ve finally updated. It was long overdue, as the site was very messy with its code – you may have noticed it being quite slow at times?

No more of that now, we’ve a spanking new design, and if you don’t like it, you can change it! Choose your own skin from the menu above.

Another great new feature is that if you log in, the ads disappear, so you can look at the site without adverts in your face all the time. If you’ve forgotten your password, simply request it from the login page and it will be emailed to you.

Well, we’re really on an SQL kick at the moment. TheTransformers.Net is now SQL, meaning no down time (at least, that’s the theory)

Keeping up the pace we’ve set, there’s a new skin for this site, but this time it’s for members only. You need to login to be able to use it.

Our forum, TheTF.Net has reached #1 in Google for a search on ‘Transformers Forums‘. This is great news for us, as it’ll ensure we get loads of new Transformers fans finding our forum, just as we get loads of new fans finding this website.

We’ve been having some trouble this past week, with a lot of site downtime. It’s because our hosting company dropped some chips in one of the server boxes and tried to fish them out with a dead haddock. At least, that’s the way it seems.

Anyhow, we’re back up now and the site’s running fairly quick (as quick as a site with this much traffic and data can actually run) so it *should* be plain sailing from here.
