You may have noticed that the website has been down a lot lately. That’s because we get far too much traffic for the server, and it crashed and burned. Not to fear, we’re now on a dedicated server all of our own, so bar the odd teething problem while we work it all out, we should (touch wood) be a lot more stable from now on.

The website www.transformersthemovie.com has had a much needed overhaul. It’s been dedicated to the original 1986 animated feature since it was first built in 2002, but now it’s dedicated to the new Live Action Movie.
The V7ndotcom Elursrebmem contest is hotting up, and has just two weeks to run. May 15 decides who is #1, and we aim to be there. Our boys in the forum have been working tirelessly to that effect producing inspirational artwork to publicise our plight, such as this from Nemesis Scourge.

Well folks, it’s been over 4 years and we’ve finally updated. It was long overdue, as the site was very messy with its code – you may have noticed it being quite slow at times?
No more of that now, we’ve a spanking new design, and if you don’t like it, you can change it! Choose your own skin from the menu above.
Another great new feature is that if you log in, the ads disappear, so you can look at the site without adverts in your face all the time. If you’ve forgotten your password, simply request it from the login page and it will be emailed to you.
More features will come online soon, so let us know what you want to see, and what you like/dislike about our new site in our forums.
We’ve added an exclusive members only area to our forum, with some great video downloads. You just need to sign up to the forum, and login to see them.
Well, we’re really on an SQL kick at the moment. TheTransformers.Net is now SQL, meaning no down time (at least, that’s the theory)
