IDW Publishing have confirmed this weeks releases, with some old and new Transformers titles.

• The Transformers: Devastation #3
• The Transformers: Premiere Edition HC
• The Transformers: Stormbringer TPB — 3rd Printing
• The Transformers: Infiltration TPB — 3rd Printing

Simon Furman’s latest blog entry teases us on information for The Transformers Devastation #6, the final issue in this story arc. Of course, there are bound to be spoilers.

Issue #6 is out in February 08 with art by E.J. Su.

The first images of IDW Publishing’s The Transformers: Premiere Edition Volume 1. The hardback collection is as tall as Movie Optimus Prime Voice Changer Helmet and contains Transformers Infiltration, Stormbringer, Escalation and the first five Spotlight issues. There is currently no news on any extras within the collection.

For all of you who are currently enjoying Transformers Devastation and are eagerly waiting for issue #3 later this month, Nick Roche has a gift for you. He has kindly provided a page from that issue for you to enjoy, which contains spoilers . Nick will be taking over the artistic duties for issue 3 in the absence of E. J. Su.

UPDATE: Chris Ryall has also posted some new previews this time from issues 3, 4 and 5. As mentioned earlier, issue 3 is done by Nick Roche, with issue 4 by Robby Musso and issue 5 marks the return of E.J. Su.

With little known about IDW’s 2008 Transformers line-up, apart from 5 more Spotlights, the continuation of Devastation and the sequel, Revelation, the unknown prospect continues with Shane McCarthy posting on his website that he is hard at work on a new Transformers project.

Shane is a freelance writer who has worked for DC and Dark Horse Comics, having contributed to some Batman comics. It isn’t clear if his project is a new series or part of IDW’s ongoing arcs.

For this weeks IDW Publishing releases comes two titles for Transformers fans. The first is Transformers Spotlight: Ramjet, the 10th in the Spotlight series. IDW have put up a 5 page preview of the issue with a cover gallery.

The second issue is Best of the UK: Dinobots Issue #3, the reprinted Marvel UK story.
