G1 Reissue Prowl & Inferno spotted in the UK

G1 Reissue Prowl has finally been released in the UK at £14.99, 3 years after the last reissue. The first sighting was by Crumplezone of Seibertron. Also, on the inside cover of the box, Inferno, Red Alert, Tracks and 20th Anniversary Optimus Prime are pictured. Inferno and 20th Anniversary Optimus Prime have already been confirmed, but Red Alert and Tracks are still rumours. Stay tuned for more news soon.

Cybertron Defense Hot Shot and Downshift Out In The UK

According to TF@TM Cybertron Defense Hot Shot and Downshift have been sighted in Sainsburys for £9.99. These are part of the Wave 5 Deluxe line, which means that Hasbro UK has now released waves 1, 3 and 5 of the Deluxe Cybertron figures, but not 2 and 4.

TF@TM are reporting that Star Wars Transformers wave 2 are out in the UK. This means Anakin and Darth Maul. Also Star Wars Transformers are the number 1 selling selling toy line in the Toymaster member stores.

Hasbro have finally updated the internatonal version of their Cybertron Website. The product page has also been updated with new figure listings that haven’t been released in the UK (yet). Hopefully they will be released soon

New Cybertron in the UK

Sharkticon of our forums has spotted some new Cybertron figures in Toys R Us. Brushguard, Wreckloose and the Street Speed Mini-con Team, all wave 4 Scout Class figures, should be appearing in other stores soon. This adds more weirdness to Hasbro UK’s release schedule.

They also appear on toysrus.co.uk website as well as Backstop.

UPDATE Backstop has been seen by Skeggy.

Play.com have wave 1 of the Star Wars Transformers line (Obi-Wan, Grievous & Darth Vader) on sale from Monday. They also have Han Solo And Chewbacca on preorder from 6th June.

Toys R Us UK Re-Issue Info

After the past month of rumours of whether the UK would get any more reissues or 20th Anniversary Prime, Bluestreak56 of TF@TM has provided some more confirmed information:

let me just make this clear. The following reissues have entered the TRU warehouse as of 29/1/06

Inferno £14.99
Prowl £14.99
Smokescreen £14.99
Thundercracker £19.99

Also 20th Anni Prime has entered the warehouse as of 29/1/06 £49.99

All Cybertron classes have also arrived in the TRU warehouse on this date.

Please be aware however, just because something is in the warehouse does not mean it will be distributed this week. It may be a few weeks before you see them on shelves.

Cybertron due soon in the UK

It has been confirmed by TFAuctions that Transformers Cybertron will launch, in the UK, later this month, but TF@TM have received word that Toys R Us have the entire range listed in their computers, as well as some G1 reissues and 20th Anniversary Optimus Prime (better late than never), all due for delivery soon!

Expect some more news soon, especially with the new Argos Catalogue due for release in a couple of weeks.
