Transformers Animated Premiere Review

Written by Big Bot on December 18, 2007 | Animated,Cartoon,News |

Transformers fan Ben Yee, who was the fan consultant on Beast Wars, has seen the 70 minute movie of Transformers: Animated and has provided a lengthy summary and his personal thoughts of the episode.

Here is a small part that should get you excited and make you head over and read it:

I’ve given this review a good day and a half worth of thought before writing it because I wanted to let “Animated” sink in. I rewatched it a few times to see if my initial positive was just that, an initial reaction that would not repeat itself later. However, even after a fourth viewing I have to say without a doubt that Hasbro and Cartoon Network have teamed together to create the freshest Transformers series in years.

The episode will be airing on 26th December in the USA. We hope to have our review on it at the time.

OK, I’m not sure what to write here as there is very little to write about. IDW Publishing Editor-in-Chief Chris Ryall has posted a thread on the IDW boards with the subject title “1” and a poster with the Decepticon logo and the words “Swear Allegiance” underneath.

All we know is that the movie Decepticon logo is being used
