Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Album CoverWarner Bros. Records has released the full track list for Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen The Album, which contains 13 tracks.

Good news UK fans, the album will be out here on 15th June, a full 8 days before North America.

Burbank, CA – Warner Bros. Records will release the soundtrack to the hotly anticipated feature film Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen on June 23rd — the day before the film, the sequel to the 2007 Oscar-nominated summer blockbuster Transformers , hits theaters nationwide.

Transfomers: Revenge of the Fallen: The Album also features music from Green Day (who contribute “21 Guns” — a song from their new album 21st Century Breakdown), Taking Back Sunday, The Used , The All-American Rejects, Cavo, The Fray, Staind, Nickelback, Cheap Trick and more.
In addition to the original soundtrack, Warner Bros will be releasing Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen: The Score, which will also be released on June 23rd.

The track listing for Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen: The Album is as follows:

1. Linkin Park “New Divide”
2. Green Day “21 Guns”

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen The Movie Universe Book out in UK

Today I received my copy of Dorling Kindersley’s latest book, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen The Movie Universe, from my ‘local’ Amazon UK store.

The 96 page book by Simon Furman, contains character profiles for most of the main bots and humans in both the original film and this years hotly anticipated sequel, but also some details on the Civil War between the sides and Trans-Scanning abilities.

Many characters have 3 double page spreads dedicated to them, looking at their robot, vehicle and weapon modes, whilst most others get the first 2 categories. Disappointingly, certain characters, like Bonecrusher and Brawl from the first film, aren’t included, and upcoming characters, like Jetfire and Ravage, only have one double page spread. The back cover also seems pretty poorly done, with the ‘Revenge of the Fallen’ logo actually looking out of place.

Here are some (badly) taken photos for you to gloss over.

Transformers USB memory stick released

Written by Darren 'Starscream' Jamieson on | Merchandise,News |

transformer-usb-flash-driveWe’re having a USB mad day today. Hot on the heals of the Transformers USB hub that looks like Blaster and transforms into a laptop comes this 2GB USB memory stick that Transformers into Ravage, the master of stealth.

The USB stick mode looks just like a micro cassette tape, and then he transforms into the classic Ravage panther mode.

We’re not sure if Ravage will actually fit into the chest of the USB hub Blaster though… now there’s a thought.

Ravage retails for around $43 and you can pre-order one from Big Bad Toy Store now.

Transformers USB Hub

transformers-usb-hub-robot-modeSoundwave may be featuring in the new Transformers movie, Transformers Revenge of the Fallen, but Blaster was always the coolest of the cassette wielding robots. Now you can own your very own Blaster in laptop form, and he has a practical use too.

This Transformers USB hub transforms from a laptop (complete with a Windows XP screen) to a robot (with a tape deck) and the whole while he acts as a 4 way USB hub.

Who could want for anything more? Well, maybe if the laptop actually worked as well, but it doesn’t, sadly.

The Transformers USB hub is from CraziestGadgets and is set to retail for around $42 in the USA. You can pre-order the Transformers USB hub from BBTS here.

Bay on Budgets, Efficiency, Waste and Deadlines (Not Politics Related)

Written by Big Bot on May 25, 2009 | News,Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen | Tags:

The LA Times have another article about Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, this time focusing on Michael Bay himself.  He’s currently still working on the film, with the picture not even finished yet, “This one is going to barely make it to theaters.  You have no idea how complicated my life is.” He may be right, given that the film is meant to be shown at the UK  premiere on15th June (that’s 20 days away), and the BBFC still haven’t rated the film yet.

He also makes reference to the films budget, which clocks in at $200 million, comparing it to other more expensive films, and that the film industry is full of waste and needs to become more efficient, like himself.  Finally, the article confirms that Tom Kenny, the voice of Transformers: Animated Starscream, is part of the vocal cast for the sequel.
