Out of Package Shots of Legends ROTF Jetfire and Universe Wheelie

yizhi521 of TF08.net has posted lots of new photos of 2 upcoming toys, one of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen legend Jetfire, and the other of Transformers Universe Wheelie.

Jetfire can be seen baring some fancy teeth, whilst Wheelie sports a similar face to his G1 mould.

With the release of The Transformers Spotlight: Wheelie today, Simon Furman has added his thoughts on the issue, and what fans can expect from the reinvented character.

It’s no secret that I have little regard for the old (or maybe young) Wheelster, so it’s due credit to artist Klaus Scherwinski for managing to get me motivated enough to join his little venture. Make no mistake, this is Klaus’s book. He came up with the original story concept idea and asked me if I’d pitch in on the writing front.

In Chris Ryall’s latest blog post, he has put up 2 pages for the next Transformers Spotlight issue. He has mentioned who it is focused on but has asked fans to guess.

One quick look at the pages suggests it is everyone’s most hated robot of the original cartoon series (and Transformers The Movie), Wheelie! Many signs point to him being the character, having already appeared in a monitor in Spot: Optimus Prime and with the Spotlight series focusing on less popular characters.
