Activision have released the first official cover art for Transformers The Game. The image is a combination of the posters of Optimus Prime and Megatron looking at each other.
IGN have managed to have a go on Activision’s and Traveller’s Tales Transformers The Game for the Playstation 3. The games wa still in pre-beta, but provided a good indication on what would be available in the final build. They also managed to get some new screens of the Movie based game.
Many UK game retailers have put up listings for Activision’s Transformers: The Game for PC, PS2, PS3, PSP, XB 360, DS (x2) and the Wii. What makes this rumour possibly true is that all the websites have the same date, 20th July, which is a Friday, the day of game releases in the UK. This is also a week before the UK release of the Movie, so would also make perfect sense.
Game – PC, PSP, PS2, PS3, XB 360, DS Autobots, DS Decepticons, Wii
Gameplay – PC, PSP, PS2, PS3, XB 360, DS Autobots, DS Decepticons, Wii
Play – PC, PSP, PS2, PS3, XB 360, DS Autobots, DS Decepticons, Wii
Apologies for not having this news up sooner, only I’ve been away all week and have just found this email from Activision in my inbox.
