New Photos of Revenge of the Fallen Constructicon Toy
New photos of a Forklift truck have appeared on auction site taobao, and is expected to appear in the Transformers Revenge of the Fallen toy line. It isn’t known who exactly this character is, but rumour has it that he is Scrapper, leader of the constructicons.
Michael Bay Update – Teaser Trailer and Poster
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen director Michael Bay has returned from Egypt and Jordan and with it, supplied us fans with some much needed news.
A teaser poster is due to come out early next year, with the teaser trailer due either in February, possibly during the Superbowl, which is on 1st February. he also mentions that some stills will be released very soon.
Don Murphy Posts Some Comments
Don Murphy’s back with a very long and uninteresting post on his forums, the majority of which has nothing to do with Transformers, but Don’s other projects.
He starts of with the usual movie publicity speak, saying that Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen will be like the first, but with more robots and even more exciting and will entertain you more.
He also states that they are holding off any publicity until the last minuite, like Pirates of the Caribbean. This means we probably won’t get a trailer until March at the earliest.
Revised Artwork for Transformers Revenge of the Fallen Megatron and Ravage
The Transformers Live Action Movie Blog has posted an interesting image of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Megatron and Ravage. Megatron looks quite different to his first movie appearance, with a bulkier and more solid look, whilst Ravage still has a funky cat like look.
Returning characters from the first movie, Optimus Prime, Ironhide, Bumblebee and Starscream are largely unchanged from their appearances in the first movie.
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Reshoot & Trailer Rumors
We seem to finally be getting some more information on the production of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, with news from the Transformers Live Action Movie Blog that the filming production crew have already returned to Edwards Air Force Base in California to reshoot some scenes. They arrived on 19th November and filmed for a week. No other confirmed details are known about what was done.
There’s also nothing official about the news of the first trailer. They mention that they are “90% sure” that the trailer will be packaged with the upcoming remake, The Day The Earth Stood Still, which arrives in North America on 12th December.

Roberto Orci has provided some more updates on Transformers Revenge of the Fallen.
The film length is probably going to be longer than the first, which ran for 2 hours 17 minutes in cinemas. The recent footage shown at the wrap party was only selected footage, and not a trailer, with no robots featuring at all.

TFW2005‘s source is confirming that Arcee will be formed by the combination of three motorcycles.
Seibertron‘s souce reports that Ravage uses biological warfare against the humans, Jetfire has an ability that can create wormholes and that Scorpinok will return from the first film. What’s interesting is that Seibertron’s source mentions that the Arcee motorcycles have not been seen of set for months.
Germany to get Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Early
Variety are reporting that Paramount Germany will be releasing Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen in Germany on 25th June, a day before the North American launch.
Other international release dates should become apparent over the next few months. Expect the UK and Nordic countries to have to wait a month after the premiere.
